For any items that are SOLD OUT or Reserved, simply copy our Re-Order form below, fill it up where applicable and e-mail us at dressinglab@gmail.com. We will get back to you on the status of your re-ordered items.

Note:
1. Items are re-ordered on Mondays weekly.
2. Only applicable to recent items posted or items which are stated *restock able*
3. Not applicable to sale items.
4. Full deposit must be made to our Maybank account within 3 days of confirmation or before every Sunday, whichever is sooner.
5. If goods are not available, a full refund will be made to your account by Tuesday.

Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Back outs are not permitted once order is placed. We will not hesitated to black list buyers who do not follow through with their orders.

Sales are based on first come first served basis.

Reservations are no longer allowed.

Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make payment promptly.

Prices are final and non-negotiable.

Payment must be made to our Maybank account within 3 days of confirmation.

Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Buyers are to bear postage fees of RM6 (West M’sia) / RM8 (East M’sia) via PosLaju. Estimated to arrive in 1-3 days. If you're not from M'sia, feel free to drop us an e-mail to enquire.

Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.

COD is available and can be made within PJ area (Please refer below for lists of delivery hot spots).

All images and content of Dressing Lab and Dressing Lab Sale are rightfully owned by Dressing Lab. External usage of images or content from Dressing Lab are prohibited unless with permission from Dressing Lab management.
